This adapter spaces out the Steel Hitch allowing bike frames with hooded/tight rear dropouts to have hitch clearance. This adapter is also used in breezer style dropout applications for proper hitch installation.

This flexible connector can stretch easily to allow the rider to lay down the bike. Includes safety strap with retaining pin for use with the Standard Forged Hitch or Steel Hitch. If being used with the Classic Hitch the Classic Hitch Safety Strap (part 950067) will also need to be purchased.

The Steel Hitch provides the critical connection from your Burley Trailer to your bicycle. The hitch installs easily on the rear skewer of your bike, and then stays attached so the Burley can be connected at any time. If you’d like to swap the Burley from bike to bike, pick up a couple spare hitches and install them on the extra bikes so the hitch doesn’t need to be un-installed when swapping bikes.

Find new horizons and discover new trails when you hitch your bike to a Coho XC cargo trailer using the Coho Nutted Axle Adapter. Available in multiple thread pitches, simply replace the nuts on your bike's current nutted axle with the Coho Nutted Axle Adapter and you're ready to hit the trail. Note: The Coho Nutted Axle Adapter is required for any bike with nutted axles to connect to the Coho XC.
