Traditional Bikes:

·We service all brands and bikes, no matter where it was purchased

No matter where your bike is from, we do our best to meet your needs.  

Electric Bikes:

Our mechanics are certified to service Specialized, Cannondale, and Yeti electric bikes. 

Electric bikes from other manufacturers, or bicycles with 3rd party electric
assist motors installed, require proprietary parts and licensing that we do not have access to.
Unfortunately, due to liability factors, this is comprehensive. We do not service other manufacturer’s electric bikes in any capacity.

·Free 30-Day Check on all bikes purchased from Mike's Team Active Bikes

Your new bike is like a new pair of shoes! When you first get it, you can expect to experience a break in period. After the first few rides, if your brakes still squeak or your bike "ghost shifts" bring it in for a 30-day check. 

·3 Year Service Plan: $99 for 3 years of general tune-up services* 

You won't see this at another shop in the industry. We offer unlimited tune-ups for the price of one for bikes purchased from Mike's Team Active Bikes. This offer is only valid at time of purchase. We recommend bringing your bike in twice a year (usually spring and fall) for a full service to keep your bike running smooth for years to come.

Tune-Up Package Options

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. Home Bike Repair

We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
